How to Adjust or Cancel

Step 1: Sign into your account:

Step 2: Select Subscriptions from the menu:

Step 3:
To cancel your autoship, click the Cancel this Subscription button
To up date your billing, shipping, or payment information, click the Update button for the area you want to change
To change the shipment date, click the Change Next Shipment Date button.  

Step 3A:
If changing the shipment date, click the calendar icon and select a date
Click the Save Changes button
Then click the My Account link under the picture of Markus

Step 4: Once you've made all of your changes, sign out of your account by clicking on the Logout link
