My shipment is lost!

Unfortunately once a shipment leaves our warehouse, its fate is out of our hands.  Like you, we are subject to the mercy of the Postal Service and UPS.  If you believe your package has been lost, or if your package shows as delivered and you never got it, please do not call the order line or email customer service.  They cannot help you.  We also ask that you do not request any information regarding shipping labels or package dimensions as we only keep record of weights.  Any needed shipping addresses can be found by logging into your account on, or by viewing your Order Confirmation email.

To find your missing package, please follow these instructions:

Ask your family members or neighbors if they accidentally received your package.

 United States Postal Service Shipments
Call your local post office and ask to speak with the Postmaster.  He or she will place a trace on the package.  All shipments (except for international and media mail) are insured for $50.00, so if the post office loses your order you can fill out a claim.

UPS Shipments
Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and ask them to put a trace on the package.  All shipments are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost you can fill out claim.
